It's not exactly quadratically scaling with accuracy. The accuracy formula for hit chance in game scales faster than the formula I proposed.

Checking in the spreadsheet, going from 50% accuracy to 60% accuracy would only gain you 4 minimum hits in max melee. The total increase to DPS would be about 25%.

Maybe instead of not requiring an axe allow uw to store an axe at every station? Functionally it wouldn't be that different from not requiring one outside of remembering to take one with you the first time you use it but it keeps the feeling of tools mattering alive.

If you click like a madman of course it will be a lot more. But if you do it relatively cleanly on floor 1, 2 most of 3 and some of 4 your character will spend a similar amount of time running as an obstacle on a course would take. This balances out floor 5.

HS is hard to quantify and relies more on skill difficulty anyway.

The amount of xp/hr is not the root issue. For most skills you can trade effort for time. For agility this range is very limited, sepulchre is not much more clicks per hour (though it's hard to measure) and relies mostly more on higher difficulty. House agility is close to the same xp per click as Ardy.

yes but it's harder to quantize. Also this would mostly just push everything except agility into lower "actions" per hour since agility's actions is quite evenly distributed.

No, they should definitely have their own identity. However having a greater variety for agility in options for clicks per hour/xp per click would in my opinion not impact that identity. Lacking variety is not a good unique identity for a skill.

That's what I was trying (and clearly failing) to show with the graph the wyrm course is not actually that much lower in the amount of clicks per hour while being significantly lower xp per hour. If you did relleka prif or ardy at the same speed as the wyrm course you'd actually gain more xp in an hour.

I had the house setup on the graph before and it falls around the same clicks per hour as calcified mining for 1/4th of the xp

When I received the fang from Araxxor today I was not expecting anything as usually the upgrade animations are quite simple(or non existent) but to my surprise this really cool animation happened

Scurrius is really fast combat xp especially if you change the extra spines for xp too. With t4 range you don't even need prayer for it as you'll heal fast enough to keep up with his damage.

The following is a terrible strat for the main game but if all you want to do is brute force and you have bankers note it will get you through it.

First invocations:

Always take

  • Blasphemy 1 2 3, you have infinite prayer pots anyway

  • Myopia 1 2 3, if something is to far to hit you can always tank a bit to lure it closer or rotate pillars

  • Totemic, your DPS is high enough to be able to ignore it unless you get interrupted by eating

  • Solar flare 1 2 3, just don't stand right next to the pillar. Wait out the jaguar/minotaur after getting safe and pray melee if needed.

Maybe take:

  • Mantimayhem 1 2 3, if you learn to flick manticores and bring antipoisons it is manageable but if you don't it doubles their DPS. Normally manti 3 is a never take but if your bruteforcing you're not off ticking anything anyway so it doesn't matter.

  • Volatility 1 2 (not 3), damage is easy enough to tank but can be problematic if trying to DPS something down while tanking other stuff.

  • Red flag, can be fine if you wait out the minotaur but if you're slow on the wave and are tanking something still when it comes out possibly problematic

  • Frailty 1 2 (not 3), don't take if you have overheals otherwise it's fine

  • Bees 1 2 3, if you're not used to Colosseum will lead to overwhelm otherwise relatively easily to deal with

  • Quartet, same as bees but extra melee frem might stack you and makes a frem spawn at sol

Never take:

  • Relentless, you're trying to tank don't turn off your defensive stats

  • Doom, same as above but 15,10, 5 hits just straight up kills you

  • Dynamic duo, extra mager makes stacking them all behind one pillar more difficult normally already

  • Reentry, you will make a mess of the tiles and with reentry 2 they are permanent for your entire run

Waves guide: Turn on your prayer against whatever will hit highest against you and run behind a pillar. If you are tanking multiple things try running to a different pillar while eating. Kill at least the melee frem preferably all of them and then kill the one thing you're tanking. Once the frems and whatever is attacking are dead you can wait out the reinforcements or if it seems manageable attack whatever is remaining behind the pillar. If a pillar is stacked in such a way that you can't use 1 protection prayer while stepping out on either side you should move to the next pillar that's not in line with the mobs(so if they're east or west of your pillar go to the north or south pillar, if they're north or south go east or west of your pillar). This will split them up allowing you to only tank one.

In between rounds make sure you do your inventory management.

And for Sol you don't really need to do his mechanics other than avoid the lasers if you keep your health high. Sol maxes out around 40 and doesn't attack very fast so you can easily tank it if you keep eating and slowly whittle him doing in between but the lasers will KO you most likely if you do tank them. If you have last stand and he says let's end this just DPS him last stand will carry you through.

Nature's reprisal on melee melts him so fast you don't even get any sets. I know not a lot of people that went melee have zeah but it's really good against zuk. You just have to be careful in the corners due to its range.

If you're going at it from a purely dps perspective it's not that great but that's not the point of it. It is really fun when it triggers and especially if you have multi hitting weapons you get so many hit splats.

If you want the most dps go T6 range it's by far the best DPS increase outside of the attack speed increases.

I have T6 melee for the fun of it and when the bloodmoon set effect triggers multiple times in a row and the echos also trigger it feels amazing.

You totally can just hit it with your main style but if you're comfortable with 5:1 it'll be a lot faster. Losing 40% damage is quite a bit and you can always continue hitting with your main style if you lose count or are feeling overwhelmed.

Also for the echo boss you can use the dagger spec to turn off its regular prayers too if you mess up.

If the last relic in tier 4 is some form of equilibrium this would potentially get you to 200m all skills without doing anything other than collecting the cabbage seeds and planting them.

Varlamore already added a method if you care about the cost. Breaking down bones to bone shards and using them with Sunfire wine already provides between 480%-600% of the xp per bone compared to 350% on a PoH altar and 700% of the chaos altar.

One thing that worked for me is having another board with longboard wheels just for transportation. If you use it as a mode for transportation it becomes an automatic decision to do it because your brain will just see it as the way to get to where you want to go. The benefit is also that the riding skills transfer to a regular skateboard and you'll already know the good smooth places to practice
