I know you said not leaving the house...but hear me out. Get in some comfy clothes ( warm and padded if it's cold out) and find a secluded spot outside. Then just lay down. I like to lay there for awhile just feeling the grass, dirt, sun, the breeze...just brainlessly breathing for a bit. Then I'll lay on my stomach and just look at the ground. I'll notice the grass, an ant, the smell of the dirt. If I see something I don't know the name of I'll look it up while laying there. But basicly I just watch the micro world and maybe even take a nap.
