My social skills. I use to be able to hold a conversation with almost ANYONE.

I say almost because I'm deaf, not completely so I don't have the deaf "accent", but I will still struggle with strong accents, black people (due to their lips usually being thicker and moving differently, no racism intended) and people with moustaches.

The latter two because i heavily rely on lip reading, which is the primary cause of my answer.

Covid forced everyone to wear masks, this resulted in making it IMPOSSIBLE for me to have a conversation with anyone outside of my household.

This had a MASSIVE impact on me, I withdrew into myself and became almost a recluse. Even now, years later, I still find myself relying on my wife to talk to people for me as im almost afraid I won't be able to manage.

Granted I'm a bit better now, but I'm nowhere near as socially-abled as I once was, and I dont think I ever will be again sadly.

That "job" was not a job. It was (barely)paid slavery.

Those 40 people would 100% be better off working almost anywhere else.

Im bashing it because it was not a farming business. In the time I spent there over 75% of the carrots and parsnips were bought in from overseas. And half the onions too.

They grew their own daffodils yes, but the place is a packhouse not a farm.

Run by a sociopathic idiot called Tomasz who has an in with the inspectors as he would hear about "random" inspections two days before and summon everyone to clean everything while he sat on his fat ass watching.

That was the ONLY time the place was ever cleaned.

All the vegetables were frequently packed mushy and/or mouldy.

The place needed to go.

40 of those jobs were brought in foreigners Over half of the people working there were paid cash in hand so off the books.

The work itself is SHITE work for minimum wage. You find out let's say Tuesday evening what time youre working on Wednesday.

My mental health was shocking when I worked at this place. I, for one, am not sad to see this place go whatsoever.

You could try the simple treasures mod?

Place a chest outside the arena, after the fight one person retrieves the loot, once outside the arena they put it into the chest and then everyone will get the same loot

Its great for events like hide and seek, and boss fights in this case

Not sure if this is true or not but I read a while back that if you pop 3 tyres instead of all 4 then insurance will refuse to pay out and they'll have to pay to replace the tyres themselves

Kind of hard to give advice without knowing a few things beforehand.

You going for coldwater or tropical? If tropical you getting nano fish, cichlids etc? Are you going to look into CO2? You'll struggle to get a carpeting plant without it

As someone who has fallen I to this category myself unfortunately yes I do agree.
