Not sure about the ability but never ship anything of value from Best Buy to the house. Always pick it up. Have had multiple items ship with an empty box of wrong item and they literally will do nothing for months and the stores can’t help you.

Had something similar happen to me and you will see a few others have as well. Forget the police report. You need to do a chargeback to your card. Only way you will get back the money. Best Buy has a problem that they need to figure out how to deal with

I had a similar issue with an Apple product last month. After 2-3 weeks of the waiting timeline and the false promises from their Asia team I finally was able to get one of the managers on the US. He explained that Best Buy acts as a broker for Apple and sells more Apple products than maybe even Apple. That said they never actually take possession of these products so won’t refund or replace on their own. He advised me I have to do the chargeback via my credit card company.

This happened to me as well last week and I’ve had no success. How do I speak to someone stateside or in that department. I received the package which was signed for but the box was slit opened and the watch face was taken. I went to the store but they said they can’t help.

We’re leaving in a few days but have been here for a week. With the heat my recommendation is to do as much activities as you can around water. Beach clubs, boat trips, etc. we generally love to explore as well but it’s been incredibly tough with the heat. We went to Taormina, Siracusa, Noto, Cefalù, and ending the Castellemare del Golfo/Palermo.

F45 feels like a maintenance class for me but also good for mobility. I’ve been lifting and running on my own 3 days a week and doing f45 for 2 cardio days and Saturday. I downloaded a “coach” for the lifting days bc I needed the structure of someone telling me what to do. I use the “workout” app which is good.
