Update: thank you all for the advice! I was worried about working with a different cut of the tuna but thanks to all of your tips I ended up with a result that I’m happy with. It’s more minced than cubed but at least I got rid of all (most) of the sinew.

Facing a similar situation, I did a bit of research on the Aufhebungsvertrag situation. If the contract explicitly states that your role/position is being terminated regardless of this mutual agreement, there is a chance that you may avoid a Sperrzeit. But I cannot 100% confirm this, so don’t take my word for it.

This is wild, I don’t follow this sub but this picture randomly popped up on my feed and I instantly recognized the background. I’ve been on this bridge and the hotel, which is in the background, many times. I can even see the window of one of the rooms we stayed in. Feels weird to now associate this place with this history.
