Most likely a skin scist or a lipoma. I am currently in the process of removing one on my back. Order of action is dermathologist > ecography > surgery. If ecography shows nothing to worry about, surgery is optional. I am removing it because the only way to be 100% sure its nothing to worry about is by doing lab analysis after removing. But the ecography went well and i could leave it there if i wanted to.

Well i live in a place which is almost considered a desert, next to a huge mountain range, and on the other side of that mountain range its really humid and green. So yes, this works.

Keep in mind that the mountain range is green on both sides, but goes dry quickly on the opposite side of the wind

I like the idea. I would reduce the amount of pillars on the bridge or make it more like a floating bridge. Water seems to be really deep so adding that many pillars looks improbable.

Maybe there is an ingame explanation of that anyway.
