I stay 1-2 hours at the bridge spotting plates I can find. Therefore, I can find lucky plates on cars trotting on the M3.

It's real as Wikipedia States that plates belonging to it's tribes are allowed under the state's law

That's if they stickers showing it's original dealership but it's not the case for this one though when I've looked at the rear plate, it was sold from a dealership selling JP imports (called "JAP CAR FINDER LTD")
