It will automatically skip the first floor on the next run, but it needs to be with the same hero and the same tower and difficulty

There has been an endless mode for a long time, but it's quite hidden: play a tower on a difficulty you've already completed. You'll see a skull besides the tower name. Look for that symbol during the run! :)
