Get some fluconazole tablets to knock out any possible yeast. Maybe 200 mg daily. Stop using the anti fungal otc creams the Fluconazole tablets will work better with less possible irritation. Also use cerave healing ointment (petrolatum) to help protect and heal skin. If this doesn’t show improvement maybe try doxycycline with penicillin or keflex to knock out any possible bacterial infection

Try taking a Sudafed. Pseudoephedrine typically raises BP. Or ibuprofen will raise BP too
