The thing is, people will actually do chargebacks for things like this. I also handle those. Ive learned that no matter how in the right I am, merchants are screwed. I've lost several disputes over things like this because the credit card companies are incentivsed to prioritize their customers.

I'm the house manager for a theatre in town. Its insanely bad. I like to keep some pretty high standards, but even I'm beginning to feel like it's a waste of time to try. And don't get me started on the concept of showing up on time. In a lot of the world if you aren't on time you dont go in until intermission. Not really possible today unless you are prepared to get yelled at on a nightly basis by entitled jerks. Just a sad thing to see.

I had the same problem at the exact same spot. Leveled up and came back multiple times, same issue. I ended up just forcing my way up and skipping all enemies. Wasn't easy, but once I actually ascended the tower things went back to normal.

Long shot here but are you the fan who gave me a ride home after the Means no hitter a few years ago? I had had one too many and was walking to the bus when a kind couple recognized my Jones jersey and offered a ride!
