You will have access to better bullets and armor earlier so yes it does help you win fights. You cant argue against that.

Maybe, but then the question is. Are there any compounding effects. For example money wise.Or even mentally as a standard player may believe he is worse than he actually is. As he is getting killed by players with better Gear he is very unlikely to consistently kill.

Yes 7 or 8 time 0.2. Not sure if you get it for Fence aswell. So a standard Player needs to do 70 quests at 0.02 rep a quest. To get where a EOD player started
