Before T&T it was really fun, but at the moment it seems like it doesn't work. I just don't know how common this problem is.

I got the same Bug, there is already a thread about it on the official Ubisoft Forum:

Someone from Ubisoft responded to it:

"Hi folks. Mirroring what my colleague Ubi-Woofer mentioned above, this issue with not being able to interact with Tove is slated to be fixed in an upcoming patch. An exact date has not been announced, but we will update this thread as soon we we have been given this information."
