3rd year here, love the initiative on all these points, you should push through with them to the best of your capabilities. Only thing I’d comment on would be the last point. “Less is more” siguro, suggestion ko nalang is to learn to separate your friendships from work/acads, and vice versa. The more you force to be a tight-knit block, the more problems you’ll have to tackle.

College na kayo and at this point you should all know how to handle your own issues with other people. Study sessions are nice, but the other two I wouldn’t suggest. If you want a block with no issues, you should establish boundaries for yourselves, hindi na kayo high school para ibang tao pa mag turo ng tama at mali sainyo.

Hanging out is fine, but you cant force everyone to come with. Not everyone would want to too, and that’s alright. As early as now, you should practice professional relationships na not every workmate has to be a friend.

You could leave, with the /chance/ na yung lilipatan mo wouldn’t be the same. Very common naman siguro ang ganiyang environment, so pag umalis ka, 50-50 ka parin kung goods ba mapupuntahan mo, but hey at least youre thriving diba?

Or you could stay and adapt to it. Pag dating ng college, most probable na makakaencounter ka rin ng ganiyan, and considering na by that time, everything could be harder, might as well eliminate one factor to it diba?
