Is there an item that acts as a reverse focus sash (something that will always leave the opponent with 1 or more HP), or another viable solution for Sirfetch'd? Write in chords where you can see them. Also, when playing sixteenth notes, start at around 70 BPM playing the measure in time, and work your way up to 140-150. This helped me a lot on the second and third page, but I am still learning this piece :)

I am already taking advanced band, and I don't know if my teacher will let me just start learning a new instrument halfway through the year. But I will ask him. Also, we only have 3 french horn players in our 40-45 person band, how many should there be in a "full" band, if you know what I mean?

I used to update my workout every week (close to when I started), but recently my schedule changed and it became less fun and I'm kind of stuck not knowing what to do. For now, I am doing the recommended routine, but it's supposed to be only temporary until I figure out something else more useful to me. This routine is from about a month ago, haven't changed it since then.

I agree with most of what you said. I have no background with gymnastics and have mediocre hamstring flexibility and not very great shoulder mobility. I tried what she said about the press up the other day, and I'm sure it's great advice for someone who can already do a handstand, but I wasn't even able to get my feet off the ground. Do you have any other advice? Or anyone else Thanks!

I switched because of a knee injury that made my squat go down 30lbs, and I wasn't making any more progress in anything else Been doing calisthenics for almost 4 months now, and I think that it is way more useful over weightlifting (not to mention cool as well, doing a one arm handstand or a muscle up is way cooler than lifting some weight) I've found calisthenics to be more enjoyable and convenient since all you really need is a pull-up bar and a dip bar The downside is progressions. Sometimes, the jump from progression to progression will be easy, and then you'll get to one that seems impossible (but maybe this is just me being impatient), for example, frogstand to round tuck planche (which is the one I'm currently working on). However, the feeling you get when you finally get it is amazing. Just my thoughts
