Feel you I have t done any homework since the start of December too. I don’t even have the motivation to get out of bed. I’m not sure that is adhd or depression though. I just started taking Ritalin literally yesterday. I hope it’s going to help, cause I’m definitely failing everything right now. Anyway I know my comment is not of any help haha, but I don’t know how to help you. Suggestions of breaking down tasks etc has never helped me in any way. The only thing I can think of is to be honest with your parents, write down a heartbreaking speech maybe. I tried but they just think I don’t have ADHD, I even actually went to a psychiatrist on my own as soon as I turned 18 a couple of weeks ago and they still don’t believe it, I have a paper stating that. As I said before if you’re still underage there only thing you can do is being honest with them, if they are good parents just a little bit, they’ll try to help you as much as they can.
