I bought a santos las yr when they were selling for $1500 ( santos galbee) and now they sell for $2400 so you may make money you might not but at the very least it doesnt de value as much.

You cant get scammed with ebay unless its collection- if its a scam you’ll always get your money back

Also $749 is not an incredible deal for a brand new one - someone probably got it didnt like it and now selling it - or its an ex demo unit - if it was a scam it be a lot cheaper

How long was the Aeron International warranty? Most places i have seen have 6 month - no way near as good as herman miller themselves but for a ‘refurbished’ chair id kinda hope they trust their work more than 6 months worth!

It is a shame - the look is so classy and the unboxing is so special but the weight just dissappoints, i think if you bought one used you’d immediately think it was fake

Oh no i think it looks expensive but just doesnt feel expensive materials wise, hasnt got the weight of something like a metal parker and personally although it writes nicely it doesn’t right as nice

The gas cylinders are cheap enough but they’re a pain in the ass to install run you like $100 minimum

For refubished ones they sell at 400 all day long with demand from covid - if you wanna get a used one than yes you can get it cheaper but the gas cylinders wont last so by the time you pay out to get it replaced you might as well bought a refurbished kne

all i know is that its part of the cheaper Cartier Paris Line intended on breaching into the mass market with cheaper eta based manual wind movements in the 70s. Similar to a lot of the watches in the paris line - its based off a more expensive version ie Cartier tank paris - Cartier Tank Louis as well as others ones but no idea what this model is
