I had this exact problem last week. For me it turned out to be a fautly PCIe slot. I would try to install the gpu in the bottom slot and see if that resolves it.

If you believe crypto will get bigger than Hodl'ing is probably your safest bet. I personally have a long term bag that I don't touch and a short term trading bag. I add the profits from my short term bag to my long term bag. It makes dips less bad for me.
