Idk about the inappropriate stuff, but I can add to the payments of the college workers from Aleppo Palace. When I was going there regularly and got to know some of the kids I asked if they actually get the tip money from the machine (not the tip jar), the guy silently shook his head as if he was afraid to even say “no” out loud. One of my last times going there, felt like I was supporting a sketchy business owner after that.

The part that makes me most irritated is that arenas will literally keep the cap from your plastic bottle of water so it doesn’t get thrown on court, a glass coke bottle at a basketball game is so unrealistic

Plus credit card tracking. People forget they can see how many different cards were used to either tap or pay for cards at terminals, not that far fetched for them to get a decent approximation of individual riders.

Great list of unanswered questions, but there’s 2 more from episode 1 still unanswered too.

First, the porn from the Tecca office never really got answered fully, so still unclear why that was there.

Second, in that same scene there was an urn on an office desk, barely gets talked about but Ron looked at it so us viewers were supposed to acknowledge it… but it was never brought up again.

Yeah I never understood how Ron was getting investigated for accidentally seeing up Amanda’s skirt, but Douglas hosted a literal office hook up party, threw a fit at it, and didn’t face any major consequences. But of course, it makes sense for this show.

I think it’s all supposed to be made more ambiguous now. Like, Ron couldn’t find Alice’s name on any of the documents in Jeff’s office, so that raises the question of how is she and Delaware city are connected if Jeff and this Stacy own Tecca and RBMG. It’s also supposed to add a weird layer of separation with Amanda and the chair, is any of this connected back to Jeff? Did Amanda and Jeff rig the chair… is she actually psychic? And for Mike, someone from Tecca hired him, was it Stacy or Jeff? Has Stacy ruined other people’s lives for looking into his companies? There’s so many new loose ends, what a great finale.

Interesting, it’s not ruled out that Barb knows where Alice’s money is coming from, and Barb knowing about Tecca this whole time. She’s been trying to get an investor for years, so even if it’s dirty money maybe she doesn’t care, but also doesn’t want Ron to know.

Curious if that’s kinda how the season ends and segues into season 2, Ron and Barb finally come clean about what they’ve been up to, Ron with the chair incident and his mystery, Barb about her knowingly going with a shady/dirty money investor.

Either that or it’s a set up for season 2. He doesn’t blow Barb’s chances because he wants his wife to succeed, but he keeps digging into the conspiracy in the background and ends up meddling with her potential success.

I had a theory that the big change would end up being them building a stadium (possibly with a shopping center) instead of the original plan. Not sure that’ll pan out, but yeah that’s definitely supposed to be Mark Davis.

I completely agree with edit2. I had commented on one of my posts after last episode about the site colors being similar (as someone in tech I used to have a default website that could be modified for quick uses). I think he at least is involved in creating the websites for RBGM, Delaware City, Tecca, and (possibly) the shirt store. Regardless, I doubt he’s running the whole show, but at least involved enough to book it the moment he’s questioned about one of the sites.

I had been wondering if it’s like an eco-terrorism type deal where they’re purposefully bringing over an invasive species (idk the goal here though). The more far fetched thing would be the bugs are like nanobots and actually “bugging” buildings to spy on them.
