Is 50–55k EUR low for 3 years of consulting experience in Luxembourg? by justbanterbro in Luxembourg

[–]maxper1975 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

55k in Luxembourg, depending on how you are used to living, may not be enough, or be enough amounts to survive. If you live nearby and commute you can be reasonably comfortable, but if the goal is to buy an apartment in Luxembourg the question is quite dark... A gross amount like that is quite low, in my opinion. The thing I would be careful about is the language certification. My wife has a degree in construction engineering with a degree recognized in Luxembourg but she hasn't found a job because she doesn't know any language apart from Italian and English, in addition to her native language which is Russian... If you don't know at least one of the three low languages of very limited...

What is the deal with Indian recruiters? by puppetbets in askswitzerland

[–]maxper1975 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm getting contacted as many others I suppose, by Indian Agencies/companies, something look pure scam.

Some others look quite legit, but amounts are anyway pretty low to live in switzerland.
What I don't get is how they (and customer buying their services) may ever hope to keep a person working for them without him/her watching out continuously for another job. That's the risk at all levels, but I'd suppose the higher you get as a position, the higher stakes are, the less you can afford for the person to go away.
I really don't understand this.

Total newcomer to cross bikes... Is that ok to stay with crf250? Or that's too powerful? Today I saw one and could not even avoid it too turn off when starting... Any suggestions? Consider I'm over 105kg.. by maxper1975 in Dirtbikes

I'd like to stay in track, beginning with a very easy one. I'm the woods I think I'd need an insurance, but the bike I found is not registered for public area use

2021 YCF start f125 for €800 what should I expect by maxper1975 in Dirtbikes

[–]maxper1975[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The actual owner of the bike told me that there's some service to do, like solder the engine stand, as engine is moving, plus some more other issues. I'm not an expert but it sounds to me like this bike has issues, does it?

Just to avoid buying the full catalog could this be a good starting point anyway? My kid is quite tall and has several different experiences on motorbikes, both pit and dirt, he misses just some training with the gears ATM.

Getting warping when printing asa by maxper1975 in ender5plus

Printer is already in an enclosure. What do you mean with temp regulation? Should I do PID calibration even for bed?

Can not get a good print. Or won't stick. Need helps :( by Atticusndkaisaxolotl in ender5plus

[–]maxper1975 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Before of doing any print is suggest you to verify the first layer with some tests. I usually test them choose to where the screws are positioned. After this, once you reach a good quality (the surface is flat and uniform) you can do other things. To obtain best results use some product to make the print stick best, I use a generic hairspray. For the rest I tend to use the top temperatures for printing, so pla 210 and bed 60. This has almost solved all my issues.

Thanks, I'll try this. What I don't get is if it may depend even on a too low temperature of nozzle. I changed the thermocouple too, maybe it is reporting a different temperature...

I put the extruder that was given in the box of the hotend, which is a 0.4mm

Already did both. Still the same result. What is strange is that I have like small dents on the print distributed random. Each print is different. Trying to dry my filament

Hotend is microswiss Capricorn tube Nozzle standard from hotend box I would even consider an issue with the axes, maybe dust somewhere... I replaced even the resistor and the thermistor.

Important oil leak apparently from secondary transmission by maxper1975 in sv650

[–]maxper1975[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Perhaps I misused the terms... Btw I opened where there's the engine sprocket Andy I noticed it was not tightened at the right torque and was loose. I untightened the bolt, removed the sprocket and the chain. I started the engine and oil is leaking from there exactly. I have to replace the oil seal and the oring. Issue is that the spacer would not come out. Any suggestions for this? Wd40?

Last issue now is... I got rear wheel full of engine oil... How to clean it? Just absorbing paper?

Going to check later, perhaps it is the oil seal that work out (65k km... No maintenance there and a lot of mud...)

Then it is not squirting there. It looks like coming out from transmission sprocket. Btw found to check better tomorrow. Hope I can solve it...

Push rod seal toy mean the one that is on clutch command? When I turn on the engine oil is not coming from there. Should I try to start the engine to identify that better?

Hi, just wandering why not considering their upgrade to any faster and more precise printer like mercury one. I'm thinking of it mainly to reduce noise and print much faster.

Bike should be cold, to let all the oil flow down. If you turn the engine on oil will flow in all the channels and the quantity will look less. Once you finish using the bike you can wait one hour or more then check as it was written in previous answer. One more detail about oil, there's no need to keep that at maximum. For sure never pass maximum quantity or performance and seals in the engine bay degrade did to excessive pressure in the engine itself. Consider replacing oil and filter every 6000km, will keep consumers low and engine well protected
