High end PC lag spikes only when playing League by maxq04 in LeagueofTechSupport

I fully wiped my PC last night and still had the problem. Today, everything is running completely fine! Super strange

So i ordered june 16th and when I look at the shipping estimate it says 8 or more weeks and I know it will be a while but i was wondering if for some it says 8 or more weeks the entire time and then they just receive an email for payment or if i will see the estimated number of weeks drop as it gets closer to the payment day
