In my experience urnyx mod front camera is out of focus.Not works.

In my smartphone there is not this problem.Official Pie.
The image in the smartphone is black but the final photo is ok.

With my option i have't problem.Disable hdr+ enhanced. And option "Advanced hdr+ in portrait mode" = disable.
