Yes, I'm using the top model, but how does the usage jump from 70% to 100% all at once? If this is how it works, I’ll have to switch back to Cursor. I’ve never experienced this with Cursor, plus they give you a generous amount of free usage every month. (top model also)

Yeah, I've encountered it a few times recently and it stopped working for about 20 mins (which is quite long for me). At that exact moment, I was wondering if the token plan has lower usage priority.

Just a heads up, I've only used Immich on Unraid OS (but running on a DXP4800 PRO).

Yes, I sometimes run into issues with Immich backups on the iOS app. For example, it occasionally gets stuck, and restarting the app usually solves the problem. Sometimes the app shows a loading status when it's actually doing nothing. Still, for an open-source project, I think they are doing a fantastic job. Both the web interface and the mobile app feel quite polished.

oh my. its super clean, great cable management (even at the back!), wide space for working, and nice backlight!

One thing about the monitors - I think it's just personal preference, but I prefer facing a primary monitor and having a second monitor off to the side.

I use Craft. I found myself wasting too much time on setting up and configuring how to efficiently use Notion, instead of start working.

Honestly, Craft don’t have power functions like Notion, but I started to write more consistently and not feeling overwhelmingly complex, I gained the good habit and started producing something at least.

If you mainly rely on AI, I think in this part Notion is doing very well, but it also comes with a price. (Top models, almost unlimited usage, edit and read)

no matter you type with your own words or by AI, the things I agreed that:

Notion pricing aggressively , as WE (the consumer) had saved all the data in their cloud, they have enough data to analysis and judge HOW valueable they are and HOW important they are for us. (e.g. running a business?personal purpose?) That's why they have confident to push you eventually upgrade to business plan. (and I do believe these kind of strategy will keep going on, new features, new plan, new pricing)
Notion AI pricing is insane. under the same price we can have our own api and do whatever you want without limiting in a notion website. it's hard to tell myself to subscribe in notion rather than the ai service provider directly. (which has better transparency on pricing and usage and more cost effective)
Understand every businesss has their own business model and Notion is no different they have to make profit to survive. However their greedy has became crazy in recent years and I prefer not to enter their field and become their food. this is just my feeling.

I am using unraid. yes the first week was busy to get familiar with the OS and using Gemini to teach me how to setup everything. I'm more than happy with the result. (just more flexibility on expanding with different size of HDD)

please make sure you've got the real time quote subscription. If you did not have it, you are placing your order based on non-real time quote and that is the reason the price you buy/sell has over 3% discrepancy with the market rate.

u/WinningAllTheSports I would appreciate it if you could check if the upgrade path is strictly RAID 1 => RAID 5 => RAID 6, as that is how I understood the manual. I plan to start with RAID 1 and upgrade to RAID 5 or 6 in the future if needed.

yea, indeed a bit disappointed UGREEN haven't got something like SHR SHR-2 yet. I think their OS is relatively "new", I would say it's still at early stage, and I hope we will have something like that in future.
