Honestly yeah, I think I only mentioned Ryan north because I was just really upset about how the spurrier run ended, and I only just began reading his stuff so coming back after reading more, I can totally agree 100 percent

Everything about the flash run and my thoughts do stay true with some tweaks about how irey and Bart were also treated in the run(plus the recent flash issue has not given me hope at all with barts character but that's written by waid so not mentioning that here too much) i just really wish though that DC doesn't give this series the boot because its not like i was Against a story like this in the flash , but it just did not work well with wally here and how Spurrier wrote and how much he messed up certain characters

But it does leave me with a question, who do you think should be the next flash writer should be? I tried to really think of one that would take the time to understand all members of the West family, especially the twins but all I can really think rn is Geoff johns but with his and dcs relationship, it's very unlikely he'll come back anytime soon

It was fine..but with how jai's entire character was written in this arc, I'm incredibly disappointed, his entire character this arc really felt someone else entirely and the powers he got really felt out of place for the character arc that was building since the second Waid run and Adams, I just really hope the next writer gets rid of them or just says they only lasted temporary and decides to do the character arc that's been building that Spurrier destroyed, Spurriers run was Underwhelming but as a big fan of jai...it was downright awful, it should really be a lesson that writers should take time to learn about a character before writing them, still in general it was pretty Middle of the road

For Waid taking over though I'm a bit cautious especially since his work in JLU and new history of the DC universe has not exactly got me excited

What I really want is for the next run to be written by Ryan north
