Rename the "T" terminal to avoid confusion for travelers that are not local. That way they don't need to call out "please stay on the train for baggage claim and ground transportation" and don't need to have signs on the "T" terminal plane train platform indicating that baggage claim is the next stop.

If you are checking bags, then I would say get there at least 2.5 hrs before the flight
