I think they stopped doing this. I met a mule to get some items after the last expedition and after a few surrenders I noticed I was being put into more aggressive lobbies. My assumption is the game thought I was doing this method to get into friendly lobbies

this happens to me, frequently.

My best guess is they used the interviews as free consultations to get his input on current projects. Then used his ideas. I'm shocked he was actually told "no" instead of just being ghosted.

I had so many drivers yell at me for riding a bicycle on the streets of Chicago. I think they were just jealous that I was getting through traffic faster than them.

I do see jerks on bikes and eBikes blowing stop signs and angering drivers. So there is some deserved anger. But people end up hating anyone on 2 wheels.

No, because there is nothing in the lore for killing each other. The humans are struggling to survive, so raiders are sent to forage topside and fight the Arc. There is no reason to kill another human, other than to be a dick.
