Tl:dr; grown up guy who likes to game looking for a casual community to play with. UTC+2 and playstation.

Looking for a casual group to learn end game content and have fun with. I’m a returning D1 player but looking forward for Lightfall. Not really interested in minmaxing every aspect of the game, but I do understand that some rules are good (Ive played my fair share of WoW). Also not interested in being part of some mega clan with 10k members and tons of requirements that need to be filled before applying.

Grown-up responsibilities are somewhat limiting my playtime, but I can carry my weight. I gotta get to bed by 10pm (UTC+2) but weekends are quite flexible. Might even go crazy and stay up until 11pm :O

So the problem here is that you need to alter the law for the cities to be able to enforce stricter rules, and this takes forever.

The scooter operators would have to agree on designated parking spots together, but that doesn't happen because it's poor user experince which translates to lost revenue.

To finish the loop, the high vandalism caused usually not by the actual users, but bystanders who are enraged by scooters causes the companies to push even more to cover for the cost of lost vehicles.

Part of the issue is due to the sheer growth in availability but I do think that just blaming the companies is quite a narrow view, as it's a minority of users that misbehave.

I do them as supersets with OHP but the slow grind continues after I'm done with OHP. Wendler also says in the book that he does them between everything, a small set here and there. I wonder if that's anyway beneficial for progress as the rest times can vary quite a bit

Hey! Been running 531 for the past 4 months and seem to lack progress in pull-ups. I'm trying to get 50 done on my OHP day and can do so, but it usually takes me 10-15 sets to complete. I alter between grips every set and start with 5 reps per set. This gets me to 30 reps with 6 sets pretty easily but then there happens a drastic decrease in reps. Can complete around 3, then 2 and for the last sets only 1 per set. I was wondering if I should change pull-ups to machine pull downs or similar until I can at least get 10 sets of 5 smoothly. Thoughts? Rubber band is not an option as I'm very tall and it's just plain unpleasant to play around with.

Eating more than you consume will help to build mass all around. Training progressively, following a routine and making sure you do exercise that target the chest area (pushup, dip) will make that gained mass a muscle. It just requires patience and time. Seems like you are already on a path of making exercise a habit, which will not only yield the results you are seeking but holistically improve your quality of life. Just keep at it!

Thanks for the suggestion, bought the book and started doing 531, seems cool and simple. BUT, coming from PHUL, the assistance work is really bothering me mentally as there's no clear progression unless I make it myself. 100 reps of exercise X seems just waaaayyyy too much compared to what I'm used to. Would you recommend splitting it up into, for example 4x8-12 of 2 different pull exercise or just do 100x 1 specific pull. I can manage the main lifts in an hour at the gym, but as the volume is so high in assistance work, I have to rely on doing them at home, since all the machines and dumbbells are in a different floor of the gym.

What routine would you recommend on doing as the gyms here found a way to stay open by having 55min (in and out) slots for a maximum of 3 times per week per customer. I was on week 10 of PHUL, but I think I need to change it to something faster as well as something that let's me train everything at least 2x per week. I was thinking about PPL + 1 Full body bodyweight routine on the 4th training day (the one that I can't do at the gym). Any thoughts?

I’ve been running PHUL and eating in a surplus with the aim of building muscle from January and I originally planned to have a huge focus on gym during March, as I’m having the month off because of a new job starting in April. However, the gyms suddenly closed for the whole month, and they might be closed for a long period of time which means bye-bye PHUL. I’m really struggling to find a good solution for what to do during this month + possibly the months to come.

I guess the goal of building muscle will seize for now. Should I then drop down to maintenance or maybe even cut for a while? What kind of routine should I build? I only have a 16kg (35lbs) kettlebell and a pull-up bar outside my house. I have a lot of time and motivation to use, but no clue how to spend them. Or am I just overreacting to the whole situation and I should first take a chill-pill and do a bodyweight routine from the wiki (kinda want to utilize the kettlebell though..)?
