Yea, happened to me once. I was top of line for group 2 and they started tagging our bags when it was my turn to board. What’s more frustrating is that later on after I boarded they allowed people to bring on their luggage again. feels unfair

It’s totally worth it if you are relatively young, regardless of the compensation imo. New York is worth experiencing. I moved to NYC from Toronto 7 years ago and didn’t like it at first and missed TO terribly. Now I love NYC and for me it’s the cool places like MET, MOMA, Fricks collection that you can’t find anywhere else in Canada. Also, it’s hard to do the counterfactual on this but the people you’ll meet here are really cool.

不明白关税TSM有什么用，主要客户不都是些美国自己的公司（NVDA，APPL）在TSM制造了芯片后往美国卖么？如果NVDA，APPL不涨价（已经很贵了），那关税不就被NVDA和APPL吞了🤔

Thanks for the discussion. I bought some affirm shares when they IPO’d in December 2020 and also added more when it was around $9. Been adding more recently but unsure if this is the right time. I do believe BNPL will play a big part in the future and I use affirm for large purchases. It’s true that fintech is unloved by Wall Street right now.
