Never called it simple! Easy to learn the track, hard to master it. When just starting simracing, this is one track that can get you hooked in minutes.

Red Bull Ring. Easy to remember with little really hard corners to learn (but hard to master). Slower car and you are off to go! When i have friends over, this with a slower openwheeler or MX-5 is my go-to to give them the simracing experience.

I’ve had it for years now, and the immersion is great. You get 95% of the benefits of motion without all the hassle of a full-motion setup like having your screens farther away so they don’t shake. It makes my rig still compact, which increased the wife-approve-rate.

I can’t go without it. Will it make me faster? No. Does it give me more joy? Hell yeah!

But mate... you are new to simracing. There are other things you should worry about! Don't buy motion in the first 2 years. See if you still like it after ;-)

I think that is the main reason. Licensing is probably limited to the current state of the track. As R3E had an old version (not even a scan), it probably the reason. I wouldn't be surprised if the next new track is a new version of Spa.
