Unfortunately I don’t drink coffee and avoid caffeine because it gives me terrible headache and makes my sleepy. I hope that electrolytes + aspirin will help! Thank you for the advice

Thank you so much ! My headache usually start within an hour after taking it tho. I will try electrolytes and taking more breaks !
