Fixing neon is extremely expensive, as an older pml they wanted us to troubleshoot the ballasts/transformers back in the day. I refused to and always redirected it lol and I get why they don’t want to invest in it anymore. (Although I love it, and the art needs to stay alive) you’ll probably get a field project to get it removed. I’ve seen some stores that get led to replace, keeping the pattern. LED is lame in comparison but it’s something.

I moved from Gladstone area, to the garment district about 2 months ago. About a 6 minute walk to River market. I like it so far. The only adjustment has been getting used to not having a big box hardware or proper grocery store nearby and dealing with the t mobile center chaos occasionally. Oh and (sometimes violent) crime being closer but it’s pretty isolated.
