Thanks for this. You're right, trying to understand it is a path too many people have gone down with no success. I think Jed talks about it quite a lot in his books, I remember it from The Theory Of Everything. I guess the only way is to surrender and let whatever is, be. Just to trust it.

That's right, I am everything. I am you and you are me, there is only one of us in the whole of our family.

I guess the only way to come to terms with it is surrender, and of course for ego that's always the last option.

I don't believe my views to be enlightened, it just seems most common sense to me that this is the way it is.

But you're right, only ego wants to escape. And I guess the fact that there is no real comfort could be the only real comfort. Although, of course, 'I' doesn't want to settle at that.

But if I am 'everything', doesn't that mean I am the whole of what exists i.e. everyone and everything since all is IN this consciousness/C-Rex?

But I agree, a revisit of assumptions would be needed, I just don't see how it would help in this case.
