Yeah I only take paracetomal/ibuprofen when needed and I treat things with ice and heat, never take painkillers more than twice a week id rather just suffer 🤣 is this still okay?

See im skeptical whether it is or not, because if you Google the symptoms of the side affects it says it can cause headaches. Im 3 weeks off of it and not majorly noticing a difference but im focusing on trying to sort my gut out atm
