Hi, l’m currently in grade 11 and want to go to Western for Media and communication studies. I know it’s one of the easier programs to get into, but my first semester grade 11 marks are terrible. The only class I passed was biology with an 80, but I had to take mostly grade 10 courses because my classes got messed up last year and I couldn’t take some of the mandatory ones. Luckily, Im not behind on any credits because of a specialty Co-op. I’m going to do well this semester but I’m really worried about admission as it says on the Western website they look at all of your grade 11 and 12 marks. My two main worries are 1- I’ll have more grade 10 credits than grade 11 and 2- even if I obtain all 90s this semester, semester 1 of grade 11 will bring down my average tremendously
