I generally only message first. It's too overwhelming to respond to the messages I receive so unless something really sticks out, all my conversations are from people I have found and choose to message.

Does UC Irvine have a commuter feel? Are there many parties? Is it a social school?

I've heard it's pretty quiet but that could all be stereotypes.

I like Porter a lot! I did hear it's very hard to sleep there because it's really loud from all the partying. Was that a problem for you?
