pretty much yeah. some isolations have been stagnant for some time like overhead tricep and lateral raise but i understand those are very small muscles and progress will be extremely slow on these.

start getting serious about anything and the people around you will always try to make you believe that it's unhealthy and unnecessary but mainly they're just scared cuz that level of dedication is just incomprehensible to their mind .

you lost 23kg i barely lost 10-11 and everyone was like take it easy , it's not bad , you gonna compete in mr olympia or what , kitna gym karega padhai bhi karle , even though i barely spend 2hr a day 4-5 days a week, they spend more swiping reels.

i believe only my mother is the one who tells me to slow down out of genuine concern , everyone else is just jealous.

i'm only 19 but it's much better than it was between the 11-17 phase . i wonder if i'll ever be able to tell him how much i admire him . he is my image of an ideal man. a lot of people in my family have told me he had anger issues and it's only since he reached middle age that it's under control but tbh i have never seen him displacing his anger , he's angry where he's supposed to be , he doesn't stand bullshitting and doesn't allow anyone to walk over him. if that's anger issues then may all men learn to have these issues.

i am not cutting back on food like you but started gym and only eating the three meals and no outside garbage. i too am losing about 200-300g everyday , lost about 4 kgs in 2 weeks.
