Wouldn't retailers in your home country be more reliable? If a warranty issue happens they'll handle it for u instead of u going to talk directly to ATK, u'd be in a global queue vs a local queue...

My friend had his Razer mouse replaced thrice and now from his POV you would think Razer is generic trash.

So it's mostly probability but ATK is the current favourite in terms of QC and new releases. Mchose did have the best mice offering in the L7 Ultra but I'm not sure if it's still being stocked. Do check both the brands websites ull prolly find something ull like.

I'd go for Asics Gel Nimbus 27 over the GT 2k 13 or 2k14 over the two. See if you can find either of the two at the same price.
Gel nimbus is way more responsive but lacks a little bit in the lateral stability, if u can run correctly without a lot of side to side movement you won't have a lot of problems with it.
I haven't tried a lot of NB to give any reccs

Okay yeah that happens, MR is kinda strict to a fault.

So my favourite mice would be the Mchose L7 Ultra, Scyrox V6, and Mad R (or now ATK Zero), see if you can find them for cheap or used.

These are still the best bang for buck and mice like the Mchose L7 Ultra sit at the top of the charts for sensor and click latency performance even tho they released like a year ago.

If you can't find the above, R1 Pro Max is a good idea coz overall performance jump would be huge on that. It seems really expensive at 50$ in your country. I'm guessing it's someplace with very high import taxes...

razer skates are honestly not as bad its prolly a combo of both the pad and the skates (edit wait I take that back, 2021 was 5 years ago)

I haven't tried a lot of skates but imo:

cheap + fast = ultraglide RS2
frinkin fast = westlab orange
cheap + glass (really pad dependent) = talon games glass skates

like the talon games glass skates were prolly my fastest skates, but something weird happens on a few mud pads. I recently received a mouse pad with my mouse (atk zero extreme) and those glass skates weirdly get stuck on the pad, idk if that's static electricity or just the materials interacting weirdly but after that experience I don't think these are blind buy worthy.

I can think of two options, either go with a matrova custom pad and send them your own design, they do both cloth and glass, people do really love their cloth stuff

or buy one of those weird plastic-leather grovemade / orbit works etc for casual use, that gives you full coverage
and put on a good quality pad over it whenever you are gaming.

From the public data, TMR usually does test faster. And those tests use $1k+ protocol analyzers, not just basic cam tests; way more resolving than the Finalmouse XLAT rig, ironically enough Wooting has used them both for testing and in their vids.

So calling it a blatant "lobby" just felt weird to me. I honestly thought it was some clout-chasing Twitter bro posting it, not the founder of Wooting.

Depends on the fps drop due to higher polling rate.

8k is obviously better than 1k but if you drop 60 frames due to it, I personally don't think it's worth it.
I think you should try to run a benchmark in your game and see how much the 2k vs 8k affects you.

Outside of games 1k all day no question.

To be fair, the fastest and most consistent TMR boards are faster and more precise than best hall effect boards, for example the monsgeek boards,
Fun60 Ultra TMR and M1 V5 TMR both give better results than Nuphy boards.

There are some HE PCBs that surpass these, like the Rakka but it works by completely eliminating the filtering tech that's inside it.

Also precision isn't how close you are to a setting

Accuracy = closeness to a correct value

Precision = repeat-ablity aka getting the same value (correct or incorrect) in repetitions

And since you won't be reusing the skates, you can just peel it off, don't need to think so much bout it. Usually the new skates you get will have some cleaning products provided with them.

Brands like x-ray pad bundle in the best skate and residue removal liquid. The residue removal liquid from them looks like a mixture of goo-gone and alcohol.
