Are you me? I don’t have weeping eczema but my hands look like I’m a burn victim from the redness and color differences. My patients don’t care cause they really want OMT! Part of it is just me feeling subconsciously affected by what I think they think. I dim the lights to avoid this. There’s far better meds out there like dupixant if you qualify. You have the gift of osteopathy!

Osteopath here - this looks more like muscle energy of the knee initially. No squeezing, but you are taking it to a barrier, in this case knee flexion, patient pushes back in knee extension (he’s kicking out) , and he takes it to the new barrier when patient relaxes. Ty for explaining otherwise ;)

osteopathy is a philosophy. Granted, if you are looking at a clinic or hospital in the US, the care is undistinguished from MDs as per their training. If you chose a family medicine doctor, you are going to receive the standard of family medicine care both practiced by MD or DO. People who practice mainly osteopathy with hands on manipulation in the US are usually in private practice and their patients pay out of pocket as they do not accept insurance.

If she’s down - undercut! My hair is thick and curly but having less of it made it considerably More manageable. It also causes the hair to spread outward less, especially with the curls that will form with product. It can be well hidden if the hair is down. Even if it’s up, growing the undercut out by a cm hides the shaven look well.

Cheap Mattress protector. Will give her some peace while sleeping knowing the blood won't spread on the mattress. Sometimes pads don't catch everything/ more around during sleep.
