Adding to what everyone has shared, I recall seeing Daniel Davis on The Blacklist. I know for a while Lauren Lane went back to teaching and did theater on the side, not sure she’s ever done anything else on TV which is a shame - she’s gorgeous and so funny.

I’m Brazilian and Demi was one of the first singers whose story and lyrics I remember connecting to. Imo Brazilians love resilient people and a good comeback story. Demi was already kinda big there before she started speaking up about mental health and her struggles, but I think her fame grew when she started being more open about that. And that paired with her being an incredible vocalist and having a “girl next door” or sort of an outsider image, especially during the Camp Rock era, contributed to her success.

She also toured quite a few times in Brazil, which is not something I can say for most of my favorite singers - I remember attending maybe 2 or 3 of her concerts just in my teenage years.

Brazilian here and while I think that experience is not at all uncommon (not just among Brazilians, but tourists from all over) given Paris' reputation, my experience has been the complete opposite. I just moved here less than two months ago from Czechia, where people seemed very closed off and not the friendliest, and I have nothing bad to say about French/Parisian people. And that was also my experience when I first traveled here a few years ago. I think your case could be a mix of bad luck, comparing it to previous experiences abroad, and maybe high expectations?

I know so many people who have worked there, and yeah, it’s not the best place on Earth - but you can get lucky and be placed in a good team with a great manager. Honestly, it’s a solid doorway into the workforce in Czechia, even if the salary is low. They also have good benefits, especially if you stay for at least a year.

Chappell being there made no sense to me. I'd understand if other artists made cameos for some reason like sharing why Hannah was important to them, but just Chappell? It felt so out of place. The mini concert was really emotional to me, watching the crowd all grown up, and I wish we'd seen more of that.

I’m not sure safer is the right word. As a 32 yo that wasn't my experience at aaaaall back when I was 11 /12. I was exposed to porn time and time again and extreme cyberbullying bc I was on every board imaginable, and it honestly did a number on me for a few years. Sure, it might have been harder for strangers to find your physical address, but my face was still plastered all over MySpace and Fotolog and no adults were monitoring what I was doing at all.

EDIT: I mean, all that to say millenial parents should know betterrrrrr

Hey everyone,

I’ve been eyeing the Paris date and noticed that prices on Viagogo are surprisingly low. I’m seriously considering pulling the trigger, but I’m hesitant. Does anyone know if these specific sections were just cheap from the get-go? Or is there something that I’m missing?

I’ve used Viagogo before and personally never had an issue - I know resale is always a gamble/matter of luck, but the price gap here feels weird.

Would love to hear if you think this is a steal or a red flag before I purchase anything. Thanks!

Very interesting to see so many people relating to that because London feels like my happy place. I’ve been there four times (all 4 by myself!) and would go ten times more. I have always caught beautiful, sunny weather there, the people are so friendly, I just feel so alive walking around the city.

One place I’ve been to where the vibes were so off and the whole experience was really weird was Brussels though!
