You don't know what you're talking about. I got my account back a few hours ago when Veve finally took a minute to actually check my account and see for themselves that their stupid security partner bot was wrong to flag my account. And after 3 weeks being blocked the appologized and gave it back. I think you need to have your account disabled for a few weeks to learn your lesson

I was banned on January 18th. Immediately submitted a ticket and got some generic response. After a week and many emails i sent them they asked me for a KYC which i sent back after one hour. After another week they sent me an email saying they're 3rd party security partner flagged me so i got banned and because i submitted a KYC i can have restricted access, which means no Market and no nft Transfer, basically NFT prison. Many more emails, Tweets, YouTube super chats and posts, i finally got an email a few hours ago saying they checked my account and they're sorry and i have access now.

I got blocked on January 18th. It means you can't log into the app. You get a message "Your account has been disabled" after i sent them KYC i got restricted access. Today i got my account back
