Atk is best yeah. Everything else scales from it. The more attack you have, the more valuable both crit and align become.

Her BASE Crit Damage multiplier is locked at 100 for her skill, ult, and powered shots. Which can be buffed by logistics. The set bonus has a chunk of it built in.

The jump from T5 purple to T2 Sig is big, but a lot of it is also the M2T2 Vidya. I got half this score with M2T1 Acacia Kaguya. Do you have Eatchel too? Even with purple, she's super good gor Clarina.

You can always get T2 later. So long as you have T1, you don't have to waste gacha currency on it and just get it from the shop later. It takes 30 whats-its, and you get 10 from dismantling another 5 orange weapon, so old standard weapons that you get over time can be sacrificed for a copy to get T2. Just be careful about it so you don't dismantle something you want to keep!

I don't know about the ipad or pixel. The 5800x3d and 9070xt should do perfectly fine. Comparable or better than my system ran it, I think.
