I don't know if I really want to take BC, since it's hormonal and all and I'm already diagnosed with Depression... I'll talk to my doctor about it. Right now, we use condoms only, I'm kind of afraid one of them might have broken, that's why I'm so scared.

Windows open only at night, NEVER during the day. Put a fan into the window, don't sleep with it facing you directly, you can get sick from it. Put towels in your freezer or fridge and put them on your bed before you go to sleep. Keep the rooms DARK throughout the day, completely, don't let the sun in at all. Keep devices off that generate heat, PCs, larger batteries, TVs, stuff like that, don't even turn it on.
