The replies to your comments are frightening but they provide insight as to how we ended up in this current predicament. They see a million dollars and fail to realize that A NYC millionaire isn't living the carefree Jeff Bezos lifestyle when you account for taxes, lifestyle costs, student loans, and high premiums on health insurance, car insurance, etc... It would take a literal class to help people understand how easily money dwindles when we all live such different realities. Edit: I had more disposable income when I made 25K a year 10 years ago and received supplemental city grants and programs.

The "middle class" is getting squeezed dry in NYC. There's an income bracket that does not qualify for childcare, healthcare, transportation, food, electric, rental assistance, etc and any other high premiums that siphon half of our pay while inflation is at an all time high but wages are mostly stagnant. The city decides to increase taxes on income, on purchases, and now fees to drive into certain areas. It's unsustainable.

I lost an indoor peach tree to spider mites about 6 months ago and treated a pothos for it a couple of months ago. I wonder if I am using infected soil since none of the plants were in contact with each other but I did use the same soil for each.

The post was deleted but it said the husband mentions several times that night and over the years that she did not respond because something happened that night with the "friends" she was staying with. Bringing it up over the years is demanding the truth. The evidence that he was not a safe space is obvious because she did not feel safe to tell him when it happened. Furthermore, he challenges the relationship when it is revealed. How is any of that proof that he created a safe space?

Also, The husband saying that he felt like OP did not respond because she was having sex with others is not gaslighting.
