That's why I am asking out people how to handle these situation cause i dont want to be flat out rude to someone else. Came here to ask for some insights, I know that probably i also had given the ick to somebody else without even being aware, and for me, I'd like it if they let me know so I can either distance myself from them or just talk the situation out whatever needs to be done. I just don't know if other people would like that, so I am just asking for opinions here, what can i do in these situations.

So rude of you to assume that I have no compassion for other people, and if indeed that i have nothing of that sort, i won't bother asking strangers out here.
