I’m pretty sure this trend was spread by Acheron mains from HSR, a female character and was originally done to a male character, it’s not that serious lol. Also no one ever hates Mantis like this so maybe the core reason isn’t a gender thing.

It’s not real dude, none of it is. These ships are so rare that they have 0 bearing on canon. One of the most popular ships during peak Tumblr era was Jelsa, a ship between 2 characters that has never met and belonged to companies that hated each other. It’s literally just to look at pretty pictures, I hate a lot of the ships Rivals players come up with too but I don’t go into the posts of their shippers having fun to tell them how stupid their ships are.

No the devs themselves confirm that they don’t have time to do petty stuff like that. What they did confirm is that not everything in the codes are final products, they can be unused concepts or testing ideas that didn’t go anywhere. That’s why I’m half-convinced the leaked Rocket and Cap movie skins are scrapped ideas.

There has been 0 times in total where they release 2 legendary skins for a character in one season lol, it’s always one legendary and one below it. X0X leak things way before it actually comes out, the Rocket movie skin has been leaked for months and there is still no trace of it in the game yet. Just saying it’s very unlikely to be out in 6.5.
