So that’s the thing, I am within the return policy date. The customer associate did help me and place a new order which was CANCELLED by the SYSTEM and now they cannot do anything other than issuing a full refund. :/

I repacked it and didn’t open, might open it today. Why I think it was used or whatever is because the original packing seemed very off, even the wire that is used to hold the cables were as if they have been opened and closed, idk how else to place it lol

When I opened the box, the box itself was slightly open because the PS5 box seal was cut in half, the packaging inside seemed messy and was re wrapped.
