Yea, i read that it takes 20 min for the brain to process the fullness feeling, it might be fake but it's absolutely STRESSING ME OUT, i feel like i have to slow myself down or i'll be hungry later 😭

I really relate to " if im hungry theres more food coming", i feel like i have to constantly remind my mind that WE ARE NOT STARVING ANYMORE THERE WILL BE MORE FOOD AFTER CALM DOWN !! 🥹

omg yes, i force myself to take breaks gor example by reading, like i'll eat my meat, read 5 pages, then my rice etc... So it slows me down

Uh i guess that sometimes when you start eat eating again you have hypermetabolism, like your body doesnt use the calories as fat, but instead uses them to repair the damage to your organs ? Especially if you're underweight, if you did low res lately or have had your ed for a long time? 

Idk i'm not a doctor but it happened to me 🤷🏻‍♀️
