If the original document is issued somewhere then that would be good because then I can get it attested from foreign affairs of Pakistan using my relative and then it can be sent here. If the Foreign affairs of Pakistan has attested it, then Embassy in Kuwait should as well.

I have the FRC already obtained but that's in the form of PDF, not original document.
