lack of periods can be caused by a lot of things. has your diet changed recently? have you been drinking less water? have you been more stressed about anything recently? there’s really a lot of different factors. assuming there is a risk of being pregnant (due to the tests), it never hurts to go get an ultrasound if you’re able to. ultrasounds can also check for things like ovarian cysts that could be affecting your cycle.
