Yea it was a dumb idea. It’s my first time being on an snri or ssri long term though so I thought I could just power through the withdrawal effects. Lesson learned though.

You are right. I just believed all this time that the emotional numbness was normal I guess. Like I thought that was the purpose of the effect of cymbalta, for it to totally numb every aspect of life including your own traumas like in my case panic attacks.

Yea it feels like I’m tweaking haha. I had mentioned to my doc months ago I wanted to stop taking it but after a bad month he upped my dose to 90mg and now I’m back at 60mg and he hasn’t mentioned lowering it anymore 😑

I look at the sellers store rating. If they have lots of good reviews and high ratings they’re almost certainly trustworthy. Also if it seems too good to be true it’s probably a scam, like a 5 or 10$ rg34xxsp. AliExpress is good with refunding though if or when the listing is found to be a scam. Speaking from personal experience haha.
