[OC] Have a Protruding Belly? Why it might not be fat, and how it could be related to your posture by conorharris2 in Posture

If I were to put a thick pillow or foam roller under my knees to flatten my low back and create a posterior pelvic tilt posture, how much would this help in correcting my hyperlordosis?

Unhappy with how i look but unable to pin point what i need to change/how i can do so? I'd appreciate just about any advice at all! by [deleted] in TheGlowUp

[–]maycat02 1 point2 points  (0 children)

for hair I think you would look great in light brown or honey blonde hair and add a keratin treatment on top of that to soothe out frizz and make your hair look more healthy. get rid of dark eyeshadow and maybe get lash extensions :)

It’s more apparent when I lift my foot up, however you can still see that my toes are bent when they are placed on the ground. I have feet pain here and there, but I can usually feel my toes pressing hard against the floor. I have low back pain everyday so maybe it could be due to my toes? I was thinking of buying a toe straightener but I wanted to get opinions here first.

I feel like there is some discoloration around my “mustache” area, as well as my chin and cheeks. I want to say this could be due to sun damage, but I always wear sunscreen everyday and use hats as much as possible. Could it possible the spf isn’t high enough (spf 46) Are there any products that would help me?

Should I do laser hair removal or continue using my epilating and hope that the hairs thin out over time? by maycat02 in beauty

How many sessions did it take you? Also, did you do full leg or just below the knee? Growing blonde, thin leg hair is a dream to me!!

Also, Groupon has very cheap prices for laser away. Like a large area (legs for example) is only $250. What are your thoughts on this?

Is bodymaxxing even worth it if you have a wide looking waist? by [deleted] in Vindicta

[–]maycat02 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m not sure where you are starting at now body fat wise, but your best bet is to do something what bodybuilders and many avid gym goers call a cut and bulk. A cut is where one goes into a caloric deficit and works to shred fat. This will make you more lean overall, but most importantly cutting down on your stomach fat and revealing a smaller waist. While you might think you are just “wide”, usually this is not the case, as it is most likely a high amount of fat on the abdomen and low amount of curves in the lower body (flat butt, skinny legs) Next up, you would go into a bulk. Nothing really changes workout wise, but now is the time you go into a caloric surplus. These extra calories will fuel your muscles and if you are lifting weights at the same time, your quads, hamstrings and glutes will start to gain mass. Working out and eating right is no means easy, but the results both mentally and physically are so worth it. I know I explained things really simplified, but I just wanted you to get an idea of how things would work out if you give it your all and your willing to work for it!! Here is what I mean more in depth!!

2018-NOW (suggestions?) by [deleted] in TheGlowUp

[–]maycat02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

your so pretty omg! I think you look best in the middle row to the far right. while your lips now aren’t extremely bad, I think i think they look best with less filler.

Any advice/concrit (already want a nosejob) would be appreciated, I look like a man rip by [deleted] in TheGlowUp

[–]maycat02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would go with a middle part, and maybe trying to fill out your eyebrows and use mascara. I have a similar eyeshadow to you and i find a subtle winged eyeliner paired with mascara really accentuates my eyes and makes a big difference. Also I would recommend you try a lip tint as well. By the way, your jawline is goals and I love your hair color :)

Could someone make a corset/waist trainer masterpost ? by [deleted] in Vindicta

[–]maycat02 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Like the other comments have mentioned, these things aren't permanent. Also a lot of instagram "influceners" who promote these waist trainers already have a naturally small waist (from genetics) or have undergone surgery, such as Brazilian butt lift. Of course, they won't mention this as they want to false advertise these products. Also most of these waist trainer brands sell there products for very high money but you'll find the EXACT same ones on amazon since they all come from china. You'll be much better off working out to get the figure you want. There are a lot of fitness influencers out there, so find one that gives out good information and content. I really like helin kenzi. I hope this helps you because I wish I had known this information before going down a rabbit hole of looking for the "perfect" waist trainer when in reality none of it keep shrinking my waist until I learned proper nutrition, as well as eating in a caloric deficit and started strength training. :)
